Born and raised in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Went to University at UVIC graduating with a BSc. in Biopsychology. Moved to Vancouver and bought my first bike, a Specialized Pitch. Started riding the North Shore right away and never looked back.

Chartered Professional in Human Resources
– Why did you join the board?
As an avid North Shore mountain biker rider, I want to give back to the community I ride in and offer assistance in the development of more adaptive mountain biking trails.

About 20 years.
