Member365 FAQ

This FAQ is meant to answer any questions you may have with our new membership system, Member365. 

 

What is Member365?

Member365 is an online platform that we are using to manage your membership, payment, events, and more. The platform will give you an improved experience as a member, and make it easier to manage your membership, including the ability to auto-renew every year. 

 

How can I update my contact information? 

When you log on to your member portal click the tab “My accounts” and choose the option “My Profile”. You can update your contact information, including your address where member cards and stickers will be mailed. 

 

How can I change my login password? 

We encourage you to update your password when accessing the portal for the first time. You can change your password by going to My Account > My Profile > Password.

 

I bought a family membership, how do I add the other members?

You can add up to 3 other members as part of your Family membership (either 1 adult and 2 youths under 18 or 3 youths under 18). 

When you log on to your member portal click the tab “My accounts” and choose the option “My Profile”. From here, choose the tab “Family Membership Profile” to enter the names of up to 3 other members. 

If the other members would like to have access to their own member portal click the tab “My accounts” and choose the option “Family Accounts”. From there, you will be able to add the name and email address of the other members. Once you add their information, they will receive a welcome email giving them access to their own personal member portal. 

 

Are you still mailing member cards and stickers? 

Yes! All members will be mailed a physical member card and sticker, unless you opt out of receiving this. 

 

How do I opt-out of receiving a physical member card and sticker? 

At checkout, you will be able to choose the option to not receive a physical member card and sticker. 

 

What will happen when my membership expires?

Shortly before your membership expires you will receive a renewal reminder email. This will allow you to purchase membership for next year, pay online, and optionally enable auto-renewal. 

 

Can I set my membership to auto-renew? 

Yes! Simply choose the option for auto-renewal when you are purchasing or renewing your membership. You can also set up your auto-renewal from your member portal by going to My Account > Membership.

 

When does my membership expire? 

Your membership will expire on the day of purchase of the following year. So if a membership was purchased on January 12, 2021 it will be valid until January 12, 2022. 

 

What about my current 2020 membership, when will that expire?

All current memberships will be transferred to the new platform and your membership will be valid until December 31st 2020. 

 

Is Member365 secure? 

Yes, Members 365 is 100% secure and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data.

Do you save my credit card information? 

No, we do not store your credit card information. We use Stripe (https://stripe.com) to process payments. We do not handle or store your credit card information, this is sent directly to Stripe. 

For auto-renewal, Stripe provides us a token which is stored securely in Member365 – this token is used to charge your card when your membership is due for renewal but this does not reveal any information about your credit card.
