This FAQ is meant to answer any questions you may have with our membership system, Member365.
What is Member365?
Member365 is an online platform that we are using to manage your membership, payment, events, and more. The platform will give you an improved experience as a member, and make it easier to manage your membership, including the ability to auto-renew every year.
How can I update my contact information?
When you log on to your member portal click the tab “My accounts” and choose the option “My Profile”. You can update your contact information, including your address where your membership package will be mailed.
How can I change my login password?
We encourage you to update your password when accessing your member portal for the first time. You can change your password by going to My Account > My Profile > Password.
I bought a family membership, how do I add the other members?
You can add up to 3 other members as part of your Family membership (either 1 adult and 2 youths under 18 or 3 youths under 18).
When you log on to your member portal click the tab “My accounts” and choose the option “My Profile”. From here, choose the tab “Family Membership Profile” to enter the names of up to 3 other members.
If the other members would like to have access to their own member portal click the tab “My accounts” and choose the option “Family Accounts”. From there, you will be able to add the name and email address of the other members. Once you add their information, they will receive a welcome email giving them access to their own personal member portal.
What will happen when my membership expires?
If your membership is not set to auto-renew, shortly before your membership expires you will receive a renewal reminder email. This will allow you to purchase membership for next year, pay online, and enable auto-renewal.
If your membership is set to auto-renew, your credit card will be charged and your membership will be updated automatically.
You can check and turn the auto-renewal on/off through your member portal by going to My Account > Membership.
Is my membership set to automatically renew?
If you become a member for the first time after July 2022 your membership is set to automatically renew a year from the date of purchase. You can adjust this setting through your member portal by going to My Account > Membership.
Are you still mailing out physical membership packages?
All members will be mailed a membership package, unless you opt out of receiving this. All membership materials have been generously printed and provided by MET Fine Printers.
How do I opt-out of receiving a physical membership package?
At checkout, you will be able to choose the option to not receive a physical membership package.
When does my membership expire?
Your membership will expire on the day of purchase of the following year. So if a membership was purchased on January 12, 2021 it will be valid until January 12, 2022.
Is Member365 secure?
Yes, Members 365 is 100% secure and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data.

Do you save my credit card information?
No, we do not store your credit card information. We use Stripe (https://stripe.com) to process payments. We do not handle or store your credit card information, this is sent directly to Stripe.
For auto-renewal, Stripe provides us a token which is stored securely in Member365 – this token is used to charge your card when your membership is due for renewal but this does not reveal any information about your credit card.
