As the North Shore Mountain Bike Association (NSMBA) continues to grow and expand its influence in
the mountain biking community, we are thrilled to welcome two talented individuals who will

to Gareth Critcher, our new Marketing Manager, and Sarah Oehm, our new Partnerships & Events
Manager. With their expertise and passion for the sport, we are confident that they will play

Gareth Critcher: Revitalizing our Marketing Efforts
Gareth Critcher joins us as the new Marketing Manager, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him
on board. With his vast experience in marketing and a deep understanding of the mountain biking
industry, Gareth brings a dynamic and innovative approach to promoting the NSMBA’s initiatives.
With Gareth at the helm of our marketing efforts, we anticipate a renewed focus on effectively
communicating our mission and initiatives to our members and the broader mountain biking
community. His strategic thinking and creativity will undoubtedly help us reach new heights, allowing us
to connect with more riders, increase our visibility, and strengthen our community engagement.

Sarah Oehm: Forging Strong Partnerships and Memorable Events
Joining Gareth as the new Partnerships & Events Manager is Sarah Oehm, a seasoned professional with
a true passion for creating exceptional experiences. Sarah’s background in event management,
combined with her enthusiasm for mountain biking, makes her the perfect addition to our team.
Sarah will play a crucial role in cultivating partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, and community
organizations, ensuring that we have the necessary support to drive our initiatives forward. Her
attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will enable her to oversee the planning and
