Discussions between the NSMBA and Metro Vancouver have resulted in the trails “Lola” and “Cambodia” being officially recognized by the land manager. Both of these trails are rated as expert (double black diamond) and are recommended for only the most experienced and skilled riders to ride at their own risk.
A number of elevated wooden structures on Lola are in need of replacement before the trails are officially opened. The NSMBA and Metro Vancouver will be removing and planning for the replacement of the structures starting this week. The trails are tentatively scheduled to be open at the end of July. Until that time, the trails will remain officially closed while construction is ongoing. Please respect the builders and your own safety, and refrain from riding the trails until they are officially open.
