Join us for the 2025 Annual General Meeting: No RSVP Required!
When: Thursday, November 20th – Sign in 6 pm / Start 7 pm
Where: The Wallace Venue – 300-125 Victory Ship Way, North Vancouver
Why: The Annual General Meeting is where the NSMBA formally reports to membership on business conducted during the year and votes in Board of Director elections.
Specific time has been allocated for open dialogue regarding the controversy in January 2025. Comments and questions will be answered by a panel after AGM business has been completed.
Board of Directors Elections:
The Board consists of 10 members, elected at the AGM by NSMBA members. Each Director serves for 2 years, at which point they can seek re-election.
For 2026, we have 5 open seats, and 3 of our incumbent directors are seeking re-election.
For those who cannot attend in person, we will live-stream the AGM via Zoom. Attendees will need to pre-register via the link to be sent pin access.
