Private Trail Days

Book a Private Trail Day:

Trail days are held as part of our Trail Adoption Program (TAP), where we partner with businesses and local groups who, with our builders, work on and maintain the trails throughout the year.

Depending on the TAP package the partner chooses, they partake in a number of trail days each year. While some TAP partners hold their trail days in private for their team, others use them as opportunities for the community to join in on trail work.

If you are not one of our TAP partners, you can still bring your business or group out to the trails by booking a private trail day with us! Trail days are generally held for three to four hours. See below for our pricing that ensures we cover our costs, such as tools, helping fund staff and trail builder wages:

  • $1000 – under 10 people
  • $1500 – 10-15 people
  • $2000 – 15-20 people

  • Youth / School Groups $250 – $500 or PWYC (pay what you can)
*we want you to come out and help regardless if you can afford it or not.
