UPDATE (July 4, 2018): The Fromme Service Road is now open to Bikers and Pedestrians.
We have been notified by the District of North Vancouver that the Fromme Service Road (main gate to bike wash) will be closed to the public from July 2-7.
As such, access to the parking lot will be closed and vehicles will not be permitted on the road. No concessions will be made for groups to access, other than for emergency vehicles.
The closure will be 24 hours/day and a contractor will be regrading and resurfacing that portion of the road.
Along with riding up Mountain Highway, alternative routes to the trails can be accessed via the trailheads at Mountain View Park, the access road off of McNair or accessing the Fromme ascent route via the trails Dempsey or For the Kids.
If you are parking in the surrounding neighbourhoods, please follow all parking regulations.
