Video: Presentation to DNV Council Oct 20 2014
On Oct 20, Vince Beasse NSMBA President and Mark Wood, NSMBA Program Manager, presented the annual NSMBA progress report to DNV Council.
Met with a warm reception, Council encourages the NSMBA to become a trails association, not just MTB specific.
With a projected 100 trail days this year, the annual contribution of the volunteers and MTB community has surpassed
the $100 000 mark for three years consecutively.
The NSMBA would like to thank everyone in the community for their support in these efforts.
We would also like to thank the DNV for their continued support to create an ever improving collaborative working relationship.
BC Parks seeks input on Burke Mountain by Nov 14th

Red Bull Hardline heads to beautiful British Columbia for its first-ever event in Canada, as riders prepare to take on this iteration of the world's most extreme downhill race at Cypress Mountain.
The unforgettable course at Cypress Mountain will be incomparable to other downhill bike courses, with elements borrowed from dirt jumping and BMX that are not allowed in the World Cup and other UCI races. These include massive jumps and gaps, steep drops of 10m plus, 'rock gardens', and steep descents.
